These Terms of Use govern the conditions under which users may access and use the services offered by Javlot through the website Javlot.io.

Javlot provides a technical automation and assistance service, enabling users to connect their personal brokerage accounts to automated strategies developed by third-party providers.

These Terms do not constitute:

• an offer of financial products,
• an investment advisory service,
• a portfolio management service.

Javlot acts exclusively as a technical service provider.

3.1. WHAT JAVLOT DOES

Javlot’s role is strictly limited to:

• providing the technical infrastructure required to connect a user’s brokerage account to an automated execution system,
• ensuring the stability and proper functioning of the automated execution connection,
• assisting users during setup and usage of the provided tools,
• offering technical support and operational assistance.

3.2. WHAT JAVLOT DOES NOT DO

Javlot does not:

• make investment decisions,
• determine investment amounts,
• manage brokerage accounts on a discretionary basis,
• manually execute trades,
• hold, control, or access user funds.

3.3. USER CONTROL AND RESPONSIBILITY

All operations are executed automatically on the user’s personal brokerage account, directly with their broker, without Javlot having access to the funds.

The user retains full control at all times over:

• their capital,
• their brokerage account,
• deposits, withdrawals, and account closure.

Javlot does not provide investment advice, personalized recommendations, or any guarantee of financial performance.

Access to the services is reserved for users who:

• are legally of age and capable,
• hold a valid brokerage account with a compatible broker,
• complete the onboarding process in full,
• accept these Terms without reservation.

Javlot reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access in the event of non-compliance.

Users are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information provided,
• the security of their broker account,
• the confidentiality of their credentials.

Javlot cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

The user expressly acknowledges that investing in the financial markets, including through automated strategies, involves significant financial risks.

In particular, the user understands that:

• such activity may result in partial or total loss of invested capital,
• past performance does not guarantee future results,
• periods of inactivity are normal and strategy-dependent,
• no system can eliminate market risk entirely.

The user remains solely responsible for:

• the amount of capital exposed,
• monitoring their brokerage account,
• ensuring the service matches their financial situation and risk tolerance.

Users agree to use the service only with funds they can afford to lose.

Javlot shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from use of the service, including but not limited to:

• financial losses,
• user decisions,
• failures or delays caused by brokers or third-party platforms,
• technical issues beyond Javlot's control,
• adverse or exceptional market conditions.

Javlot assumes no responsibility for strategy performance or results.

To the extent permitted by law, Javlot's total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the user for the service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

No compensation shall be due for:

• loss of profits,
• loss of opportunity,
• business interruption,
• or indirect damages.

The service relies on third-party providers, including brokers and technical platforms.

Javlot has no control over these services and shall not be held responsible for their availability, functionality, or results.

Access to Javlot services is billed, depending on the strategy, under a Subscription model (a monthly subscription based on predefined capital tiers) or a Profit sharing model (a fixed monthly service fee, plus a performance fee linked to realized profit that is collected by the partner broker).

Pricing details are available on the Javlot.io website. The applicable model and the full fee terms are set out in the Terms of Sale.

No hidden charges apply beyond the fees thus disclosed.

Javlot reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of:

• non-payment,
• breach of these Terms,
• abusive or fraudulent use,
• technical or security requirements.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time according to the procedures described on the website.

All content on Javlot.io (texts, visuals, logos, structure, code) is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The signals, trades, orders, positions, strategy parameters, allocations, statistics, and any other data or output generated, transmitted, or made available through the service (together, the "Signals") constitute proprietary content of Javlot and/or its third-party providers.

The subscription grants the user a strictly personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to receive and use the Signals solely on the brokerage account(s) declared within their own Javlot account, for their own private use.

The user is strictly prohibited, whether for consideration or free of charge and whether directly or indirectly, from:

• reselling, sublicensing, renting, lending, distributing, broadcasting, or otherwise making the Signals available to any third party,
• duplicating, replicating, mirroring, retransmitting, or relaying the Signals to any account, system, channel, or platform other than the user's own declared account(s),
• copying, reproducing, or reconstructing the Signals, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium,
• decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive, infer, or reproduce the underlying logic, parameters, or methodology of the strategies,
• using the Signals to feed, train, populate, or operate any competing service, copy-trading service, signal-distribution service, fund, managed account, or automated system intended for third parties,
• aggregating, publishing, or otherwise exploiting the Signals for any commercial purpose.

Each user account and the associated Signals are intended for a single user. Any sharing of credentials or access that enables a third party to receive the Signals is prohibited.

The user acknowledges that the Signals derive their value from their confidentiality and exclusivity, and that any breach of this article causes serious and immediate harm to Javlot.

Any breach, even attempted, results in the immediate suspension and termination of access, without notice or refund, without prejudice to Javlot's right to seek full compensation for the harm suffered and to bring any civil or criminal legal action, in particular on the grounds of intellectual property infringement, unfair competition, and parasitism.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

Use of the Javlot services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
