Javlot provides a technical automation and assistance service, enabling users to connect their personal trading accounts to automated trading solutions developed by third-party providers.

Javlot does not provide:

• financial products,
• investment advice,
• portfolio management,
• performance guarantees.

The services consist solely of access to technical infrastructure, onboarding assistance, and support.

To subscribe, users must:

• be of legal age and legally capable
• hold a valid trading account with a compatible broker
• complete the onboarding process,
• accept the Terms of Use and these Terms of Sale.

Javlot reserves the right to refuse any subscription that does not meet these requirements.

Javlot may offer, on a commercial basis, a fourteen (14) day free trial period allowing users to discover the service.

This trial period:

• does not constitute a permanent contractual obligation,
• does not imply any performance guarantee,
• may be modified or discontinued at any time.

As part of the free trial, users are required to provide a valid payment method.
No charges are applied during the trial period.

At the end of the trial period, the subscription becomes automatically billable and the provided payment method is charged, unless the user cancels before the end of the trial.

Javlot employs fraud prevention measures to ensure that each user can benefit from the trial period only once. These measures may include recording anonymized identifiers linked to the user's account.

Javlot may offer a referral program allowing existing users to share a personal promotion code with new users.

Referred users may receive a one-time discount on their first transaction. Referring users may receive a credit applied to a future invoice.

The terms, conditions, and amounts of referral benefits may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Referral rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Javlot services are offered through a monthly subscription.

Subscription fees are calculated according to predefined tiers based on the time-weighted average of the capital held in the user's trading account over each billing period. Daily balance snapshots are recorded automatically for this purpose.

Prices are displayed transparently on Javlot.io and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Javlot may modify its pricing at any time.

Any pricing change applies only to future billing periods and is communicated in advance. Tier adjustments during a billing period apply to the next invoice without proration.

Subscription payments are made monthly, in advance, using the payment methods available on the website.

Javlot does not store any banking information.
Payments are processed by secure and certified third-party payment providers.

Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time according to the procedures described on the website. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds or prorated refunds are issued for a period already started.

Javlot offers a commercial money-back guarantee allowing eligible users to be reimbursed for the unearned portion of the subscription fee charged during their most recent billing period. This is not a full refund: Javlot refunds the difference between the fee paid and the trading profit realized by the strategy over the same period, so that the net outcome for the user is at least break-even.

Example: if the user was charged €20 for the period and the strategy generated €10 of profit, the user is eligible for a refund of €10 (€20 − €10). If the strategy's profit meets or exceeds the fee charged, no refund is due.

Eligibility conditions: the user must have followed the recommended settings of the subscribed strategy (for example, Gold Scalper Pro at 30% risk) for the entire billing period concerned. Any deviation from the recommended configuration disqualifies the user from the guarantee, including but not limited to:

• modifying the recommended risk level or lot sizing,
• disabling safety rules or protective parameters,
• manual interventions on trades generated by the strategy,
• using the strategy on an account or instrument it was not intended for.

The guarantee applies only to amounts charged after the free trial period, starting from the first paid billing date.

Claim window: the user has up to thirty (30) days following the end of the relevant billing period to submit a refund request. Any request made after this window will be rejected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through the secure third-party payment provider.

This commercial guarantee is separate from and non-cumulative with the fourteen (14) day statutory right of withdrawal described below.

Javlot reserves the right to verify that the recommended settings were used (via account telemetry and trading data) before processing any refund, and to modify or discontinue this guarantee for future billing periods.

Where applicable, users benefit from a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period from the subscription date.

If the user requests immediate activation of the service, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal once the service is fully activated.

Javlot may suspend access to the services without compensation in case of:

• non-payment,
• suspected fraud,
• breach of the Terms,
• technical or security requirements.

Service suspension does not cancel amounts due for the current billing period.

Users acknowledge that fees paid to Javlot correspond solely to the provision of technical services and support.

No link exists between subscription fees and trading performance or financial results.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory legal provisions apply.

Any subscription to Javlot services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
