When one of your accounts needs to be reconnected, your space tells you at your next visit and walks you through it: the account is connected again from scratch, on the same strategy with your settings. If positions are open, you decide whether we close them first. A red mark stays beside your account until it is done.

The window names the account and asks for its current password, with its server. Validate, and the connection is rebuilt from scratch within a minute: copying resumes on the same strategy, with the same settings and the same loss protection. Your account number never changes.
A notice lands in your notifications and in your inbox, naming the account, so you know what is asked before you open your space. Beside your account selector, a red mark beats until the account is reconnected: hover it for the reason, click it to open the window again.
Nothing is touched while positions or pending orders are open on the account. The window lists them and asks you: close them now at the market price and continue, or go back and take care of them yourself. When the market is closed, it says so and waits for you.
