What's new
You no longer have to look for what changed. A new version of your space opens with a short window listing its key points, an e-mail brings them to your inbox, and a switch in your e-mail preferences lets you decide whether you want that e-mail.
Version v3.4.0
Type Features
Released on 6 October 2026
The first time you open your space after a new version, a small window tells you what changed: the version's title, the big picture and its key points, with a button to read everything on the version's page. Close it once and it stays closed; the next version brings the next one.
When a new version of your space goes live, you receive an e-mail in your language with its title, its summary and its key points, and a link to the full version. You can switch it off from your e-mail preferences at any time.
Your e-mail preferences, under your notifications, now carry a switch for the What’s new e-mail. Turn it off and no version announcement reaches your inbox; your other e-mails are untouched.
