Row cards on a phone

On a phone, the lists of the dashboard (referrals, open positions, infrastructure) show each row as a card of label and value lines. A line without a label, an action for instance, hung at the left of an empty line, and a long value could run past the card's edge. Such a line now sits on the right with the other values, and long values wrap inside the card.
