Your price stays yours, for good.

When a provider changes a strategy's price, the new price applies to new subscribers only. You keep yours: on your account cards, when you add an account to the same strategy, and when you resume a cancellation you had scheduled. At payment, you are always charged the price you saw; if it changed in the meantime, the screen asks you to confirm the new one first, and your promo code is kept through the whole payment, whatever the payment method.

You can now cancel an account at the end of the cycle you have paid for: it keeps following the strategy until then, and is removed after. A Disconnect button sits beside it, and Resubscribe lets you resume or start over. While a cancellation is scheduled, the card shows the last capital that was billed. When the subscription ends, the notification and the email say that the copied positions were closed, with the actual end date.

When the card your subscription charges is about to expire, your space tells you ahead of the next payment, with a button to update it, so no payment is ever missed for a card that simply ran out.

A provider can close a strategy to certain countries. If you live in one of them, that strategy stays out of your list and your dashboard and cannot be subscribed to, unless you already follow it. A strategy that offers no money-back guarantee now shows it beside its price, with a crossed shield, before you subscribe.

When you connect an account, the broker step now lists 388 brokers, so yours is almost certainly there. If a verification needs a second try, Retry now resets the account properly before starting again, and a verification that is queued moves the onboarding forward on its own. Leaving the onboarding retires the accounts that were never finished, never one already paid for, and the exit window says that leaving closes the positions open on that account.

The three tabs of your account page are loaded once and kept ready, so moving between them is immediate, and the other pages of your space are prepared in advance. After you reactivate, cancel, resubscribe or disconnect, the page refreshes in one go. Every refusal, for instance while a strategy switch is still running, is explained in your language with the next step.

The emails you receive from us have a new shell: buttons that fit a small screen, images that render right in dark mode and in every mail app, and a preview line that says what happened before you even open the message.
