When you reply in a support conversation, our team is alerted the moment your message lands, so a thread you answered never waits. The password reset link now opens a confirmation page where your click, and only your click, signs you in to choose a new password.

Security fix: a confirmation page before password reset sign-in
Clicking the link from a password reset email now lands on a page that asks you to confirm. Only that click signs you in to the reset form, so a link alone can never open a session in your browser. Links already received keep working.
