Around major economic announcements, the strategies that opt in now pause: the positions they opened are closed beforehand, your account stops following for the length of the window, and it resumes afterwards with your own settings intact. Support tickets also accept any attachment, and your space reads fully in your language.

Just before a high-impact announcement, a strategy that has opted in pauses on every account that follows it: the positions it opened are closed, and no new one is opened until the window ends. Afterwards, following resumes with your exposure exactly as you had set it. Only positions opened by the strategy are concerned: any trade you placed yourself is left untouched.
Screenshots and documents whose name holds an apostrophe, an accent, an emoji or another alphabet now attach to a new ticket or a reply without trouble. And if a ticket cannot be sent, the message says precisely why instead of a generic notice.
A full pass over the French and English texts of the app translated what was still showing in the other language, across your dashboard, your first steps and the shared screens.
If you abandon or restart your first steps while your account is being set up, the setup stops cleanly: no strategy is attached to the account, and nothing keeps following in the background.
